For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

1. Who is Jesus?

Jesus is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a perfect life, died for our sins, was buried, and rose again.

2. Who is God?

God is the eternal Creator of all things, infinitely holy, loving, and just.He exists as three Persons united as one God—The Father, The Son (Jesus), and The Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). Christians call this the Holy Trinity.God is not distant or indifferent; He is a personal God who “so loved the world that He gave His only Son” (John 3:16) to rescue us from sin.He is perfectly good, unchanging in His promises, and desires a relationship with you (1 Timothy 2:5).

3. Isn't Jesus just a good teacher/prophet?

No. Jesus claimed to be God (John 10:30). Good teachers don’t lie—so He’s either God, a liar, or a crazy. His miracles, resurrection, and impact on history prove He’s divine.

4. What is the Bible?

The Bible is a collection of 66 books written over 1,500 years by kings, fishermen, and prophets—all inspired by God’s Spirit. The Old Testament shows humanity’s failure to obey God’s laws; the New Testament reveals Jesus as the fulfillment of those laws, offering forgiveness to anyone who trusts Him (Matthew 5:17).

5. Isn't the Bible just a load of old stories and rules?

No. The Bible includes some laws and parables (stories) but it is not simply an old storybook or rule set.The Bible is a divinely inspired anthology of centuries of history, poetry, prophecy, and letters—unified by one message: God’s rescue plan for humanity through Jesus.

6. How do you know the Bible's true?

Archaeology confirms its history (e.g., the Hittite Empire, King David). Over 300 prophecies about Jesus were fulfilled, like His birthplace (Micah 5:2). Most importantly, Jesus affirmed the Bible, and millions of lives—even skeptics’—have been transformed by it.

7. What did Jesus do?

Jesus lived a perfect life that we never could, died on the cross to take the punishment for our sins, and rose from the grave to prove He defeated death. His sacrifice was the ultimate act of love—paying a debt we could never pay ourselves (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).

8. Why do I need Jesus?

Because all of us have sinned. Sin isn’t just “bad things we do”—it’s our rebellion against God, leaving us separated from Him. There is one punishment for sin: eternal serparation from God in hell.No amount of effort can fix this gap which we have created for ourselves. You are powerless to mend this relationship yourself. Jesus is the only bridge back to God (Romans 6:23; John 14:6).

9. How can I be saved?

"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved." (Acts 16:31)

10. How do I believe?

To believe is to trust Jesus completely—understanding your need for grace and relying on His death and resurrection alone for forgiveness. It’s not about perfect understanding or effort, but simple faith that He alone has saved you (John 6:47).God invites us to come to him as we are, do not worry that you're not "good enough" yet, simply trust in Him (James 4:8).

11. Can’t I just be a good person?

Being “good” can’t erase the guilt of sin. God’s standard isn’t just “better than others”—it’s perfection (Matthew 5:48). Jesus lived that perfect life — that you never could — for you and offers His grace as a free gift (2 Corinthians 5:21).

12. Does this mean I need to follow rules or rituals?

No! Christianity isn’t about earning God’s love—it’s about receiving it. Jesus said, “It is finished!” (John 19:30). God did all the work. Rules help us understand how to grow closer to God, but they’re not the price of salvation—grace is free (Ephesians 2:8-9).

13. So I can do whatever I want?

Grace means you’re fully forgiven no matter what—salvation isn’t a reward for good behavior it is a free gift. However, we obey God out of gratitude for what He has done for us, to inspire others to follow Christ, and because it's the right thing to do.

14. How do I know I'm saved?

God’s Word promises that “whoever believes in [Jesus] has eternal life” (John 6:47).If you’ve trusted Him alone for salvation, you’re saved—period. Look to Jesus, not yourself. Feelings may waver, but God's promise is eternal and unbreakable.

15. Can I lose my salvation?

No! The Bible is abundantly clear that it is impossible to lose your salvation.God will complete His work in you: “He who began a good work in you will carry it to completion” (Philippians 1:6).The Holy Spirit seals you as God’s own until the day of redemption: "And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption." (Ephesians 4:30)Even when we doubt or stumble, we are saved: “If we are faithless, He remains faithful” (2 Timothy 2:13).Nothing can separate a believer from God: "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38-39).Salvation isn’t a contract—it’s a covenant. God doesn’t break promises. Walk in grace, not fear! 🔒
